In April 2024, we held two events for our CDT partners and supervisors. For many this was the first time since the CDT was funded that we had brought a large group of key people that made the proposal a success together. We presented an overview of the new PhD training programme, and then broke into smaller groups to discuss responsible NLP challenges, contexts and questions, and to explore what skills future NLP researchers and innovators need to navigate these.

Below is a recording of the first half of the online event where we presented on the CDT. This page will be updated in the following weeks with a summary of the discussions from the break out groups.
